In the days since Tiger Woods’ rollover crash, video footage of the aftermath and subsequent arrest has leaked in drips, revealing a fascinating chain of events.
It started with the surprise realization by first responders that the accident involved one of the most famous athletes in the world, took a twist when Woods revealed he’d been on the phone with President Donald Trump, provided the revelation that Woods has “babysitters” and ended with the 15-time major looking disheveled and exhausted in the back of a police vehicle.
Here, in video, is a timeline of what went down on March 27:
Just after 2 p.m., police responded to a rollover crash on Jupiter Island, Florida. When they first pulled up, they did not know who was involved.

At some point, Woods walked down a side road for privacy while on the phone with President Donald Trump:

While Woods sat in the back of a police vehicle, accommodations were made to retrieve his golf clubs, including the Scotty Cameron putter he’s used for much of his career:

Police called for a trained officer to conduct a field sobriety test, which was performed by Martin County Sheriff’s Deputy Tatiana Levenar:

Woods failed the field sobriety test and was found with two prescription hydrocodone pills in his pocket.
