The Miami Dolphins moved on from general manager Chris Grier and head coach Mike McDaniel in the last few months and replaced them with Jon-Eric Sullivan and Jeff Hafley, respectively.
With a new coach, the Dolphins are allowed to start their offseason programs earlier than teams who retained their staff. Miami actually kicks off their offseason program on Tuesday.
