The Oklahoma City Thunder are on the road on Thursday night as they travel to take on the San Antonio Spurs in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals.
For the Thunder, they enter Thursday’s game with a 3-2 series lead after defeating the Spurs at home on Tuesday night in Game 5 behind big performances from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Alex Caruso and Jared McCain.
Now Oklahoma City will head to San Antonio for Game 6 on Thursday where they will try to end the series with a victory and clinch their spot in the NBA Finals for the second straight season.
While the Thunder are looking to pick up a victory on the road in Game 6 on Thursday night, they may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Thunder list Jalen Williams, Ajay Mitchell on injury report for Game 6
For the Thunder, they have three players listed on their injury report for Thursday’s matchup, including both Jalen Williams and Ajay Mitchell.
Oklahoma City has listed Williams as questionable due to left hamstring strain injury management and he is in danger of missing his fourth consecutive contest after he re-aggravated the injury in Game 2.
If Williams is sidelined once again for Game 6, McCain, Cason Wallace and Isaiah Joe could all continue to have increased roles.
The Thunder have ruled out Mitchell as he will miss his third straight game due to a right calf strain that he suffered in Game 3.
Thomas Sorber has also been ruled out as the rookie center remains sidelined while recovering from a torn ACL.
