The BCCI women’s selection committee announced the squads for Australia’s upcoming tour of India on Thursday. Sayali Satghare has been named Anushka’s deputy in the T20s, while Anushka will be Bhatia’s vice-captain in the One-Day and multi-day teams.
Australia A tour starts on September 12
The tour will begin on September 12 and will feature three T20s, three One-Day matches and a four-day multi-day game.
The T20 series will be played in New Chandigarh, followed by the three One-Day matches at the PCA Stadium in Mohali. The four-day match will be held in Dharamsala.

Anushka will take charge of the T20 team, with Satghare serving as her deputy.
The T20 squad includes Vrinda Dinesh, Sujata Dey, Tejal Hasabnis, Nikki Prasad, Shipra Giri, Shweta Sehrawat, Uma Chetry, Tanuja Kanwer, Minnu Mani, Vaishnavi Sharma, Jintimani Kalita, Shabnam Shakeel and Simran Dil Bahadur.

The tour will give India’s A players valuable match practice across three formats, with the multi-day game in Dharamsala bringing the series to an end on October 2.
