Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 32 of his 47 pass attempts for 382 yards and three touchdowns in a Week 2 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Mahomes also ran the ball twice for 17 yards.
Why It Matters: After appearing pretty rusty last Monday night against the Denver Broncos, Mahomes looked right as rain on Sunday night, completing 32 passes for 382 yards and three scores while leading the Chiefs to a 2-0 start. Mahomes almost threw a couple of interceptions, but for the most part his decision-making was good, and he mixed in throws at all over the field, including some deep shots. After playing twice in six days, Mahomes gets regular rest before facing the 0-2 Miami Dolphins. If you held Mahomes out of your lineup following an uneven performance in Week 1, you’ll want to get him locked in for Week 3.
