Nowadays when we hear about iconic moments from Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen it’s often accompanied by NFL history or some sort of benchmark he has set.
The one reference here is simply iconic with no history attached to it.
It simply was Allen’s first “Josh Allen moment” and Friday was the eight-year anniversary of it.
It involved Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr being on the receiving end of it.
By now, most will remember the occasion. In a game Buffalo entered as 17-point underdogs, the Bills led 17-0 when Allen leapt over Barr in the middle of the field.
Upon a fan account in Buffalo pointing out the anniversary of the occasion, Barr noticed that on social media.
His reaction was a classic one. Even Barr had a little fun with it, using the image of a fist from the cartoon “Arthur.”
