LEXINGTON — Kentucky basketball is working its way back to health with its 2026-27 opener barely a month away.
UK has four players dealing with injuries after a week of preseason practices, announced at the program’s media day Monday, Sept. 28.
The injured quartet:
- Milan Momcilovic (finger)
- Jerone Morton (knee)
- Trent Noah (hamstring)
- Kam Williams (foot)
Momcilovic will be cleared to practice next week without a splint on his hand. Morton’s knee will be reevaluated later this month. The Wildcats hope Noah will be able to return in the next few weeks. And the team hopes Williams will be back to health in time for the opener against Manhattan, which will be Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Rupp Arena.
