Justin Haley narrowly missed a top-10 finish at Kansas Speedway, bringing Kaulig Racing’s No. 16 Ram home 11th. Haley started ninth and spent most of the afternoon around the lead-lap midfield.
The veteran avoided the Stage 3 multitruck crash and stayed out of the late tire trouble that affected several Chase contenders. While Haley never emerged as a serious threat to Kaden Honeycutt at the front, he remained competitive enough to complete all 134 laps and finish just outside the top 10. The result earned him 26 championship points.
Haley is not part of the 10-driver Chase field, but he continues to rank prominently among the drivers outside the championship battle. He leaves Kansas 13th in the season standings with 412 points, eight ahead of Tanner Gray and 53 behind Stewart Friesen. His 11th-place run helped protect that position.
