After Caitlin Clark authored her second consecutive WNBA Playoff double-double in No. 6 seed Indiana Fever‘s 99-88 Game 2 win in their best-of-three first-round series against the No. 3 seed Las Vegas Aces, when does the former Hawkeye play again?
In Tuesday night’s Game 2 win over the Aces at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Clark set WNBA history by becoming the first player to record a double-double via points and assists in the first half of a playoff game. Clark finished with a team-leading 27 points on 9 for 18 shooting, including 5 of 11 from 3-point range, and 4 for 4 at the free-throw line, along with 15 assists and seven rebounds in 33 minutes of play.
As the series shifts back to Michelob ULTRA Arena for a decisive Game 3 of the best-of-three first-round series, Clark and the Fever will need to replicate Tuesday’s performance to counter an Aces squad seeking revenge for their Game 2 loss.
