The direction the Cowboys will take with their early first-round pick, No. 12 overall, has been a subject of much debate and will likely continue to be up until late April. At the very least though, Dallas will have plenty of information prior to sending in their draft card.
The Cowboys will be hosting LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane for a Top-30 visit, the third confirmed player named so far alongside Indiana wideout Omar Cooper Jr. and USC Safety Kamari Ramsey.

Delane is considered one of the premiere cornerbacks in the 2026 Draft class, after posting a 90.7 coverage grade allowing just 14 receptions all seasons with Tigers. His 90.5 overall PFF grade ranked third out of 897 college corners.
Coming out of high school, Delane was recruited by new Cowboys cornerbacks coach Ryan Smith who landed the three-star recruit for Virginia Tech.
In three seasons with the Hokies, Delane played in 33 games, recording 146 tackles and intercepted six passes. After his first season, Delane was named as 247 Sports True Freshman All-American, College Football News Freshman All-American Honorable Mention, All-ACC Honorable Mention, and All-ACC Third Team.
He then transferred to LSU where in one season, Delane played in 11 games making 45 tackles while intercepting two passes with 11 passes defensed.
In his lone season with the Tigers, Delane was voted as a Unanimous All-American and made First-Team All SEC. He was also a finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award, given to the nations top defensive back, which went to Ohio State safety Caleb Downs.
Delane is currently ranked ninth on PFF’s consensus big board.
