Players Era Championship teams to receive more than $1M on average in NIL compensation

Stopping short of saying every participating college basketball team in the Players Era Championship will receive at least $1 million in name, image and likeness money, tournament co-founder Seth Berger said Tuesday the average compensation will be greater than that figure. “What I can tell you is that actually on average each team is getting over $1 million in guaranteed NIL compensation,” Berger said.
