The 2026 Winter Paralympics are in the books, capped off by Team USA completing the Olympic hockey Triple Crown by winning gold in the para sled hockey tournament. The United States beat Canada, 6-2.
It was the 13th gold medal for Team USA in the Milan-Cortina Games, bringing the total medal count up to 24, which also included five silver and six gold.

That placed the United States in the No. 2 spot, while China ran away to finish the Paralympics as the medal leader. China wrapped up the two-week event with 44 total medals (15 gold, 13 silver, and 16 bronze).
The Paralympics officially wrap up on Sunday, March 15, with the Closing Ceremony at Cortina Curling Olympic Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET on CNBC.
