According to an
pleaded guilty to fleeing the scene of a hit-and-run accident
in April 2015, which led to him being suspended by the UFC and
stripped of his light heavyweight title. He did not do jail time
for the offense.
Jones ended a brief retirement in hopes of being on the UFC White
House card on June 14. However, “Bones” and the promotion
reportedly did not come to terms on a deal for him to fight at the
event, so it is currently unclear if he will compete in the Octagon
again.
