Charles Leclerc escaped unharmed after suffering an enormous 60G crash at the Italian Grand Prix.
The Ferrari driver, starting third on the grid, lost positions to Pierre Gasly and Max Verstappen on lap two of the 53-lap race before Oscar Piastri went for a move at the final Parabolica corner.

Leclerc held the position but then, sweeping around the long right-hander, put a wheel off the circuit and lost control, spinning violently into the nearby tyre barrier.
The Monegasque left the cockpit unaided but then looked dazed as he sat down on the grass nearby. He has been taken to the FIA medical centre on-site. Unofficially, the crash has been measured at 60G.
The grand prix was then stopped with a red flag as track marshals looked to repair the tyre barrier.
Leclerc had battled with Ferrari teammate Lewis Hamilton on the opening lap, with the Briton losing out and dropping down the order to tenth. Hamilton accused Leclerc of pushing him off the circuit as they competed for third.
George Russell leads after overtaking pole-sitter Pierre Gasly on lap two, with Verstappen in third and Franco Colapinto in fourth.
Hamilton will restart in eighth, with Kimi Antonelli in 12th after overtaking from the back on the first few laps.
