Whatever your opinion on the influx of influencers at the US Open, Wimbledon’s decision sticks with its brand.
It may not have been a simple decision because the tournament reportedly was considering a training course for credentialed influeners.

Perhaps a more interesting questioni is what the US Open will do in 2027 about its content creator challenge.
Growing the sport is an admirable reason to encourage the influx of new fans; however, it should not come at the expense of the decorum and rules associated with it.
