Vandegrift High School will host two premier high school basketball games this coming winter, according to the University Interscholastic League website.
Vandegrift will host both boys and girls Class 4A Division I and Division II state semifinal games, which will pit final-four matchups from teams representing Regions III and IV.

No official dates for the games were announced.
Vandegrift is the lone Austin-area school to receive a semifinal game, while the Houston and Dallas areas received multiple.
This is the first year the UIL is doing predetermined sites for semifinal games for basketball, according to The Dallas Morning News.
