The Spurs have finalized their 21-man roster for training camp, adding four non-roster invitees to the list of participants.
In addition to the 17 players under either full NBA or two-way contracts, the Spurs have invited a trio of undrafted rookie guards in R.J. Davis (North Carolina), Jon Elmore (Marshall) and Taelon Peter (Liberty). The Spurs will also welcome 6-foot-11 center Malik Williams, who appeared in seven games last season with the Toronto Raptors.
For those keeping tabs on such things, meanwhile, All-Star center Victor Wembanyama has apparently not grown since the NBA Finals in June. The team still lists him at 7-foot-4 on the official training camp roster.
Last season’s Western Conference champions are slated to return to the Victory Capital Performance Center for their annual media day Monday, with the first training camp practice scheduled for Tuesday.
