The Money in the Bank is likely set. A fifth match was added to the slate on Monday Night Raw from Milwaukee. Oba Femi will now take on Bronson Reed in what could be an explosive matchup. Both the men and women’s MITB matches still need one more participant added. Those two spots will likely be filled on Friday’s episode of SmackDown. Femi arrived on Raw with a contract already signed by Adam Pearce and Triple H, and Reed signed it in the ring. It will be their first singles meeting and Reed’s first televised match since tearing a biceps in May. A second match was also added: Stephanie Vaquer defends the Women’s World Championship against the winner of Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan, which happens next Monday on Raw.

As of now, the 946 faction doesn’t have a spot on the MITB card. However, considering their rising prominence on Raw, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them added, or to at least make their presence felt during the Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight match that figures to be the main event. As for the ladder matches, the winners could be the last Superstars added. But my favorite to win on the men’s side is Bron Breakker. It seems like it is time for him to be elevated.
For the women, it might be a shock to some, but I can see Lola Vice winning. She has arrived to the main roster with a rocket ship attached. She is a logical choice to win the MITB match. We’ll learn who the final two participants will be on Friday.
