A key Miami Dolphins running back suffered an injury on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Jaylen Wright is questionable to return after suffering a stinger late in the first half in Santa Clara. He left the field ahead of teammates while favoring his left shoulder as the Dolphins were in the process of kicking a 23-yard field goal as the second quarter expired.
Wright has rushed for 11 yards and handled kickoff return duties for the Dolphins.
Miami is off to a solid start against the San Francisco, though a lack of touchdowns left the Dolphins trailing 14-6 at halftime.
The Dolphins outgained the 49ers 165-125 in the first half and controlled time of possession 19:17 to 10:43.
