Jun. 3—JAMESTOWN — The final sport of the 2025-26 athletics season wrapped up on Wednesday.
Landry Rham and Luke LeFevre of the Jamestown High School boys golf team competed in the final round of the NDHSAA Class A Boys Golf State Championships. Rham finished the two-day event with a 185 while LeFevre carded a two-round total of 189.
Minot High tied Grand Forks Red River for the 36-hole total of 625, but the Magicians won the tie-break based on the No. 5 team scorer. Williston finished third out of the 12 competing teams while Minot North finished up as the fourth-place team. Kolby Koerner of Red River was the Class A State Champion with a two-round total of 147. Four West Region golfers, Tripp Toepfer and Parker Argent of Minot High, Kyler Weishaar of Minot North and Williston’s Kane Shannon placed in the top-10.
